Roger N. Steed, President and Chief Executive Officer

Roger Steed has more than 30 years of investment experience in the institutional and personal wealth management business. His career has allowed him to work with clients across the United States and Europe. This experience and the desire to assist high net worth families and individuals in the management of their investment assets led to the formation of KRS Capital Management, LLC in January 2007.

Roger and his family have lived in Michigan since 1998. He gained great experience in the personal wealth management business working at Sigma Investment Counselors and R.H. Bluestein & Co. Roger was Chief Investment Officer at Sigma and led the investment committee at the firm. At Bluestein, he advised and managed high net worth investor portfolios along with pension plans and profit-sharing plans.

Prior to moving to Michigan, Roger spent sixteen years at Salomon Brothers Inc. working in New York, London, and Dallas. In New York, he was a senior account manager and was responsible for managing and advising major institutional accounts. Roger worked five years in London from 1983 to 1988 gaining international experience working with institutional accounts in Germany, Holland, and Great Britain. In Dallas, he was responsible for covering institutional clients in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.

Roger was born and raised in Oklahoma. He graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 1978. Roger is married to Jean and has three daughters, Kelly, Rachel, and Sarah.

The company name was derived from the first initials of Roger and Jean's three daughters.
